Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.
Please note that placing an order online, paying and receiving an order confirmation from us is recognition of you placing your order with us. It does not constitute a legally binding contract until we have completely reviewed the payment and the Payment Status indicators which we receive from our Banks and Payment Providers and accept or reject the order. We reserve the right to reject any order before despatch.
Post & Packing
Delivery charges are calculated when you checkout and are based upon your location. All charges are based on a maximum weight of 20kg. For packages larger than this please contact us before placing your order. Our preferred courier at this moment is DPD Local. All delivery to outside Uk Mainland please call or email us for details of delivery charge.
If you live close to Mr Huda’s and you wish to save on P&P, you can select ‘Collect by Customer’ when checking out and come to our warehouse and collect yourself. Please call to check your order is ready before turning up.

Please note that postcodes in parts of North Scotland (but before the Highlands) – 2-3 day service will be delivered in 3-4 days.
• Please note: The products are Oil Based and cold filled. Although the jars are heat sealed (except Mango chutney, Lime Pickle and Mint Raitha Paste) we cannot guarantee completely leak proof and it is not uncommon for a little to leak during transit (as we cannot guarantee it remains upright and handled carefully) If a little oil has leaked it will not compromise the product. You can simply top it up with a little Veg Oil to maintain the moisture in the product.
• Once an order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled. Any packages returned to us, due to inability to make delivery, or incomplete address, will have return shipping charges deducted at the full rate. Outgoing charges will also be deducted at the full rate (prior to any shipping discount applied based on the order value).
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible within 1-3 business day – subject to weekends, Bank Holidays and/or other national holidays. UK delivery is normally within 1 to 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Note: all estimated delivery times are based on Date of Despatch (ie. not necessarily Date of Order).
Please note: Business days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Next Day delivery options is available but only possible if we receive your order before 12pm and subject to stock availability. Please contact us for the charge for this service.
Most courier services require a signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and that the delivery driver is able to gain access to the delivery address / building. Where delivery instructions are left, i.e. without signature, we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods. For example, if you request leaving in a bin where recycling may happen, or, in an outhouse that could be accessed by 3rd parties. The risk lies with you. If you are out, goods may be taken back to a depot for collection or delivery at your convenience. Any uncollected UK parcels that are returned to us will incur penalty delivery charges (currently £8.95) and these will be deducted from any refund together with the original P&P. If you request us to resend a returned parcel, you will need to pay the penalty delivery charge as well as the standard P&P for the second delivery.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not going to be available we reserve the right to substitute it with smaller pack sizes, making up the required quantity. Failing this we will either a) automatically refund the item or, b) if the item(s) represent a major part of your order, we would email you to advise you of the situation, with potential options, and request your advice on how you would like to proceed.
All items available are tax exempt. If VAT is applicable then it is already included in the price you see.
Credit Card Security
All our prices are in UK pound Sterling. Orders placed on our website are handled by PAYPAL.
We endeavour to guarantee your satisfaction at all times. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service – please contact us via our website or email address. Please note we do not provide customer services or answer order queries through third party and social media sites.
All customer details remain confidential. Mr Huda’s will not disclose your information to third parties except for the purpose of arranging delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. If, for any reason you are not entirely happy – please tell us.
To request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email or telephone. We may require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. Mr Huda’s will not be liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights. If your product is faulty, damaged, unfit for purpose or any discrepancy with your order, please report it to us, via email, within 24-hours of receipt. Please note you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods. Remember, if you signed for the goods, you signed as ‘received in Good Condition’. Please be sure to check goods before signing.
You may return other unopened goods within 7-days of receipt and, subject to inspection and acceptance, we will refund or provide replacement(s) as applicable. We can arrange to reverse UK collect goods for you, the charge for this service will be advised to you at the time.
Refunds will only be made via PayPal account used for the original transaction. Refunds will have post and packing charges deducted. Where an order qualified for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us such as credit card transaction fees, picking/packing costs, restocking costs, packaging material and return postage fees.
Any uncollected packages that are returned to us, will require inspection before any refund can be offered. Products which may be stained or damaged will be omitted from the refund.
We cannot provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
