Tikka Wedges using Mr Huda’s Tikka Marinade Paste

Tikka Wedges – Serves 4

6 medium sized potatoes
A little olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tsp Mr Huda’s Tikka Marinade Paste
Sour Cream Dressing

Tikka Wedges – Serves 4

Wash the potatoes and cut then into wedges.

Place the wedges in to a large bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the 2tsp of Mr Huda’s Tikka paste and around a tsp of olive oil. Stir the wedges round the bowl until they are all coated in the tikka mixture. Lay them out on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for approx 45-50 mins.

When they have been in the oven for around 25 minutes put your meat balls in for the last 20 mins.

Serve with a green salad and some sour cream dressing.
